ICYMI: Imagine Dragons Dedicate “On Top Of The World” to Blackhawks Fans During Concert in Chicago

Everyone knows about the story of how the Chicago Blackhawks won the Stanley Cup on Monday. But for 15,000 people who attended the Imagine Dragons concert at Allstate Arena in suburban Rosemont Monday night, they had absolutely no clue what was going on. Sure, the game was on the back of their heads, but their first priority was to see their favorite band perform. Who better to give the great news of joy than Imagine Dragons’ lead singer, Dan Reynolds? And what better way to make the announcement than in a sea of flashlights after belting out their cover of Alphaville’s “Forever Young”? According to the official set list, their hit “On Top of the World” isn’t performed until the end of the concert. But for this very special instance, that song was the perfect song to perform next. The videos below speaks for itself.
